How does your subscription work?

We offer subscription packages for our meal replacement shakes. Our subscriptions allows you to a WholeSupp delivered to your door, allowing you to choose delivery every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Subscribers are charged automatically when a new order is shipped.

You can cancel or update your subscription order at any time (as long as it is at least 48 hours before your order is set to replenish, otherwise the change will apply to the next order.

What are the benefits of subscription?

Subscription customers save 10% on all subscriptions, and never have to worry about running out of WholeSupp again.

Can I edit the frequency of my subscription?

"Absolutely. You must do this at least 48 hours before your order is set to be shipped - you will be alerted 5 days prior to this point. You can do this by logging into your account via this link: https://wholesupp.com/account/login. Once logged on, click 'manage subscriptions' on the left-hand side, then 'subscriptions' in the bar at the top and select the subscription you'd like to edit. Then scroll down and click on 'order frequency' to edit your frequency. Or, you can contact us directly via hello@wholesupp.comand we’d be happy to help you out!

Can I claim loyalty points on my subscription?

Yes, all purchases made through subscription will be added as superfood points to your account.
